First of all, printing auxiliaries include adhesive, defoamer, thickener, emulsifier, softener, curing agent, foaming agent and so on.

1.Adhesive

An adhesive is a substance that can bond two or more materials together. They can be liquid or solid, and usually include polymers, natural gums, hot melts, acrylics, lotions, etc.

Adhesives are widely used in various industrial fields. For example, in the field of construction, adhesives are used to bond various materials, such as wood, stone, metal, glass, etc. They are widely used in the manufacture of wood products, floors, Windows, doors and building facades.

2. Defoamer

It is used to eliminate and suppress the foam in the printing and dyeing process in time, so as to avoid the foam causing color spots and white spots on textiles. Uneven color and other adverse effects. The commonly used textile defoamer is silicone defoamer, polyether defoamer and other compound defoamer.

3. Thickener

Mainly used to increase the consistency of textile slurry, can make the slurry, printing paint has good flow leveling performance, is conducive to the use and storage of slurry and paint, color more uniform, bright color, can help textile manufacturers save raw materials, control the production cost.

4. Emulsifier

Generally nonionic surfactant. In the textile process, oil is needed to improve the lubrication performance of silk and yarn, but the oil should be removed before printing and dyeing processing, so as not to affect the dyeing, so the emulsifier should be added in advance in these textile oil agents, or the emulsifier should be added in the cleaning agent to ensure the removal of oil spots.

5. Softener

It is mainly cationic long chain fat based finishing agent. Because cationic finishing agent has affinity for fiber, the amount can be reduced, and the adhesion is strong. Adding emulsified mineral oil and wax in this softener can increase lubricity. The soft and lubricating properties are mainly derived from its long chain fat base.

6. Curing agent

In the printing process, the color paste needs to be cured to enhance its resistance to water, friction and light. The curing agent can make the pigment and additives in the color paste react with the fabric surface, so as to make the printing pattern more durable.

7. Foaming agent

In some printing process, it is necessary to foam the color paste to make it have a certain three-dimensional sense. Foaming agent can make the color paste produce bubbles, so that the printing pattern presents a three-dimensional sense and a sense of lightness.
