Low Temperature Soaping Enzyme Sylic B6200 (CY-E60)

The product soaping enzyme CY-E60 is an enzyme preparation based on REDOX enzyme. It is composed of peptide chain, sugar ligand and Cu ion. It is used to catalyze the oxidation of phenols and their derivatives, aromatic amines and their derivatives, carboxylic acids, molecular-like hormones, biological pigments and so on.Soaping enzyme CY-E60 is a new technological biological product to replace chemical soaping agents. Since enzymes can be used for bleaching and chelating reactive dyes, disperse dyes and acid dyes in free state, it is of great significance for the soaping treatment of pure cotton and cotton blended fabrics after dyeing.The application of soaping enzymes is to shorten and reduce the traditional multiple soaping and washing processes, time and sewage disposal.

Application

 1. Overflow machine process: soaping and enzyme inactivation First cylinder:      Pickling.Drain at room temperature for 10min

2.Second cylinder: cold water with soap washing enzyme (1g/L, bath ratio 1:4)

3.The soaping time at 60℃ was 15 minutes, and the temperature was raised at 95℃ for another 5 minutes

4.Third cylinder: Wash once at 60℃*15min
