What is silicone rubber ?

Silicone rubber is a synthetic rubber composed of silicon, oxygen, carbon and hydrogen, which has good high and low temperature resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance and electrical insulation properties. It is widely used in many industries, including automobiles, electronics, medical, food, daily chemicals and construction.

Main features of silicone rubber:
High and low temperature resistance: Remain stable at extreme temperatures, usually able to withstand a temperature range of -60°C to +250°C. Some special grade can withstand higher temperatures.
Good weather resistance and aging resistance: Not easy to harden or age. when exposed to environmental factors such as sunlight, oxygen, ozone and moisture, it remains stable performance.
Electrical insulation: Silicone rubber often used in electronic and electrical equipment as an insulating material by virtue of excellent electrical insulation properties
Biocompatibility: Some silicone rubbers have good biocompatibility and are therefore widely used in the medical field, such as for making medical devices, silicone tubes and prostheses.
Flexibility and elasticity: Silicone rubber has good flexibility and elasticity. It can still return to its original shape even after long-term compression, stretching or deformation.
Waterproofness: Silicone rubber has excellent waterproof properties and is often used in seals, O-rings and other waterproof applications.

1.HTV Silicone Rubber (HCR) (Precipitated Base) Sylic S7614 Series Vulcanization conditions: 120℃×10min, the proportion of vulcanizing agent added is 1.3%, and the main components are 2,4-Dichlorobenzoyl peroxide (DCBP).
2.HTV Silicone Rubber (HCR) (Fumed Base) Sylic S7608 Series Vulcanization conditions: 170℃×10min, the addition ratio of vulcanizing agent is 1%, and the main components is 2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy) hexane (DHBP).
3.HTV Silicone Rubber (HCR) (Precipitated Base) Sylic S7613 Series and Sylic S7606Series Vulcanization conditions: 175℃×6min, the addition ratio of vulcanizing agent is 1%, and the main components is 2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy) hexane (DHBP).
