Catalase Sylic B6160 (CY-142)

Proteins produced by deep fermentation of non-pathogenic microorganisms,is used for pretreatment, the deoxidizing enzyme can be directly added after bleaching and draining, without acid adjustment. And bath with dyeing.

Performance and characteristics

1. Water saving, if the low alkali process is used for pretreatment, the deoxidizing enzyme can be directly added after bleaching and draining, without acid adjustment. And bath with dyeing.

2. Shorten the time, the biological deoxygenation process can be completed within 10-20min.

3. Energy saving and consumption reduction, no heating in the process, and short process flow.





It is suitable for deoxidation after oxygen bleaching in various processing equipment.


After bleaching, the bleaching liquid is drained off, and the steam is turned off. If the pretreatment uses a low alkali process, the catalase can be directly added after the bleaching and draining. No acid adjustment is required. Catalase can be added directly.

Catalase dosage: intermittent equipment: 0.05-0.2g / L

Temperature: 20-50 ℃

pH: 6-9

Processing time: 10-20min

The specific process should be adjusted by the user through the sample as appropriate.
