The first process is to remove all kinds of impurities and polyester spinning oil on the cotton fiber by prior treatment (bleaching and degreasing), then dye polyester with disperse dyes, reduce washing, and then dye cotton with reactive dyes and soap. The production quality is relatively stable, but there are problems such as long production process, large water consumption and high energy consumption.
In the second process, first disperse dyes are dyed and washed, then scouring (bleaching cotton to remove oil), and then reactive dyes dyeing cotton and soaping, which can save the reduction washing process.
In the third process, the pretreatment and dyeing are carried out in the same bath, and then cotton and soaping are applied, which reduces the pretreatment process.
The fourth process uses high-fastness disperse dyes and reactive dyes for one-bath two-step dyeing, eliminating the need for reduction cleaning after polyester dyeing.
The fifth process uses electrolyte-resistant disperse dyes or disperse dye microcapsules and neutral reactive dyes for one-bath and one-step dyeing, which shortens the process time, increases output, saves water and electricity, reduces steam consumption, and reduces overall dyeing costs.
