Pretreatment steps of nylon and its elastic fabrics: smoothing → desizing → scouring

1. Desizing of nylon woven fabric

Desizing agent 8 g/L

Chelating dispersant 1 g/L

Liquid caustic soda (30%) 30g/L

Continuous open width desizing, speed 40m/min, using the first two working fluids, overflow washing one by one. Since the nylon woven fabric is prone to creases or chicken paw prints, it is advisable to use open-width equipment as much as possible before the fabric is pre-shaped at high temperature.

2. Example of refining process:

Nylon scouring agent 1-3g/L

Chelating dispersant 1-2g/L

The pH is about 5 (adjusted by HAc), the overflow machine dipping method is 95℃×30min, and the liquor ratio is 1:8. According to the dyeing factory’s own equipment, the open-width machine can be used to adjust the number of sections of the feeding box and the washing box. The car is continuously refined and degreasing.

3. Washing

Due to the increasing pressure of environmental protection, many factories only pay attention to the removal of oil and impurities from the fabric, but do not pay attention to the subsequent washing work, resulting in the accumulation of oil and impurities removed from the fabric, and the accumulated oil The agent bundle causes back-staining, thus forming "white spots and white stains" after dyeing. Therefore, the cleaning of fabrics after scouring and degreasing is also a process detail that cannot be ignored. For the cleaning of alkaline agents, a large amount of water is often used for cleaning. It should be noted that if the oil stains cannot be completely removed under acidic conditions, an alkaline scouring process can be added.
