Catalase, also known as deoxygenase, can quickly and thoroughly decompose hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen, and can be widely used in biological deoxygenation purification process after oxygen bleaching of textiles. It can remove the residual hydrogen peroxide which may cause dye decomposition or stain defects in the fabric and water bath after oxygen bleaching while greatly saving water and energy.

The enzyme and its products have no effect on the subsequent dyeing process and quality, and can be deoxygenated and dyed in the same bath, which is shorter than the traditional process.

Advantages of catalase: catalase biological fermentation products, no adverse smell of animal products; High vitality, less consumption; It can decompose hydrogen peroxide efficiently and thoroughly without residue.

Application field and function of Perdoric catalase

Food: Used in the food industry to remove hydrogen peroxide from milk used to make cheese. Catalase is also used in food packaging to prevent food from being oxidized.

In contact lens cleaning: After soaking glasses in a detergent containing hydrogen peroxide, use catalase to remove residual hydrogen peroxide before use.

Beauty: This enzyme and hydrogen peroxide are added to some facials to increase the amount of oxygen in the cells in the upper layer of the skin.
