Fixed speed problem

When the factory is making some thin fabrics, the setting speed is very fast, and sometimes it can reach a speed of 60 m/min. Due to the poor permeability of ordinary silicone oil, the silicone oil flows back on the roller, causing the roller to stick. Pay attention to replace the working fluid in the rolling groove and wipe the rolls frequently.

Dip cylinder problem

In many factories, when dipping and softening, ordinary silicone oil will stick to the cylinder wall. After a long time, some black oil spots will form on the cylinder wall, which will form silicone oil spots on the cloth surface. Intensify cleaning.

Feeling

Due to the increasing requirements for the feel of fabrics in the market, various fabrics need to show a variety of different styles due to different seasons and different customer requirements, such as those that require a smooth and drapey feel, those that are slippery and flexible, Fluffy and soft, simply elastic, etc. A silicone oil generally can only reflect one style. As a result, many factories have to use a variety of silicone oils, resulting in chaotic production. Sometimes they can't find silicone oils that meet customer requirements, so they can only give up their business and cause losses. We can synthesize amino silicone oil with different ammonia value, viscosity and reaction by selecting different amino silicone oil end groups with different ammonia values to control the molecular weight and molecular distribution to meet the requirements of various fibers in terms of softness, smoothness and elasticity.

Cost issue

At present, the biggest problem for printing and dyeing factories is the cost problem. As the prices of water, electricity and steam are rising, the printing and dyeing processing fees are decreasing, which has caused many printing and dyeing factories to be busy for a year, but there is basically no profit. Therefore, cost control is printing and dyeing. problem to be solved by the factory. The cost of finishing auxiliaries is a big part of printing and dyeing factories, so reducing the cost of finishing auxiliaries is an urgent problem for printing and dyeing factories.

Yellowing problem

Hot yellowing:

Longer downtime during operation causes the fabric to remain yellow and the amino hydrogen of the amino silicone oil is easily oxidized by air to form a chromophore, which causes yellowing. The product turns brown, which makes white fabrics look like they have lost their most basic white or simply turn yellow. The pH is too high, the temperature is too high, and the accompanying substances of cotton fabrics turn yellow when drying. Strengthen process control. Store yellowed. Caused by contaminated gas in storage.

Fluorescence degradation

The interaction between the anionic brightener/cationic softener ions coagulates and should be divided into two processes.

Greenish:

If the whitening agent is sensitive to acid or the whitening agent is excessive, acid-resistant fluorescent whitening agent should be selected.

Photodamage:

Fluorescent whitening agent has poor light fastness, and the light effect makes the fabric brown. Choose fluorescent whitening agent reasonably.

Water quality impact:

The content of impurities such as microorganisms and seaweeds is too high, which can be filtered and precipitated to remove impurities.
