Chemical material method

Add a certain proportion of water into the chemical material tank and turn on the high-speed mixing. Then gradually add the corresponding proportion of the paste, stirring for 30min, according to the needs of the paste making process, you can continue to add other additives and continue to stir until fully dissolved, the whole process takes about 2-3 hours (depending on the mixing speed and mixing method). Then put it into the storage tank, wait until it is fully expanded, then you can add dyes to make color paste.

Recommended dosage: 5-6%.




Suitable for soaping of reactive dyes, vat dyes, direct dyes, nano-flot dye printing and dyed fabrics.


Recommended Process

Recommended dosage: batch process 0.5-2g/L; continuous process 1-3g/L.
