Application
This product is a durable multi-functional finishing agent developed with special polymer block technology. It is applicable to the dyeing and finishing process of polyester, other synthetic fibers and their blends. It gives the fabric durable moisture absorption, quick drying, anti-static, easy decontamination and other properties.
Add FU5510 (diluted at any proportion) into the container → stir (80r/min) → slowly add water → stir for 20-30min (80r/min) → filter and discharge with 200 mesh filter screen
It is recommended to dilute FU5510 to 10% solid content and use it according to the following process:
One bath dyeing (polyester) dosage: 0.5% ~ 3.0% o.w.f
PH value of dyeing bath: 3.8~5.5, dyeing condition: 130 ℃ × (30~45min)
The dosage of immersion method is 2.0%~4.0% o.w.f
(Room temperature~50 ℃) Immersion (20~30min) → Dehydration → Drying (100~130 ℃) → Sizing (160~190 ℃)
The dosage of dip rolling method is 15-30g/L
Dipping rolling (rolling surplus 65~75%) → drying (100~130 ℃) → sizing (160~190 ℃)
Packaging and Storage
