Cotton Flame Retardant Sylic FU5101 (CY-888)

         Flame retardant  300-400g/L

         Phosphoric acid (85%) (pH3-4 is suitable) 5-15g/L

         FSA softener 20-40g/L

         Penetrant    0.5g/L

Process flow: liquid preparation, one dipping and one rolling (or two dipping and two rolling, with a residual ratio of 70-80%), pre-baking (105℃), baking (165-170℃×2-3min), alkali washing, water washing and drying

Precautions

1. If the baking temperature is too low or the time is too short, it will directly affect the flame retardancy and washability.

2. Excessive dosage of phosphoric acid will affect the strength of the fabric. If the dosage is too small, it will affect the flame retardancy and washability, so it should be strictly controlled. Since flame retardant affects the fabric strength more or less, please confirm the strength of the fabric in advance.

3. After the fabric is baked, it should be alkali washed (sodium carbonate: 20g/L×40℃×20min) and washed with water until it is neutral, so as not to affect the strength and flame retardant effect of the fabric.
