Performance and Characteristics

1. It can effectively prevent nylon, polyester and their blended fabrics from yellowing during packaging, transportation or storage.
2. It can prevent the reaction between nitrogen oxide gas and phenols, and has excellent inhibition ability on phenol yellowing.
3. The color becomes smaller, which will not affect the fabric feel.
4. Good stability, acid resistance, alkali resistance and hard water resistance.

Recommended Process

1. Dipping and rolling process

FU5610 10-30g/L

pH 4-5

Solution preparation → dip rolling (liquid carrying rate 70-80%) → baking (160-170 ℃).

2. Impregnation process

FU5610 1-3%（o.w.f）

pH 4-5

Solution preparation → impregnation (50-70 ℃ × 20-30min) → baking (160-170 ℃).

The specific process shall be adjusted by the user according to the sample.
