I. Alkali, pure alkali, and electrical polyvinyl chloride, etc., are strictly implemented in accordance with relevant national policies.

2. In various localities, the advanced level of energy efficiency in the standard industry should be strictly controlled by the chemical industry, chemical fiber, and printing and dyeing industries, and resolutely curb the blind development of the "two highs" projects.

3. Further strengthen the management of the printing and dyeing industry, the new printed and dyeing project has reached one of the two conditions: 20,000 tons/day of wastewater discharge of 20,000 tons/day, comprehensive energy consumption of 200,000 tons of standard coal/year, which is the new major project of the printing and dyeing industry , "A discussion" must be implemented and reported to the provincial review.
