1 material source division


① Natural adhesive

② Artificial adhesive

2 Use feature division


① Water -soluble adhesive


The adhesives used as solvents are starch, vulgar, polyvinyl, carboxymethyl cellulose, etc.


② Hot -melt binder


After melting the adhesive is melted, it is a solid adhesive. Generally, thermoplastic resin can be used, such as polyurethane, polystyrene, polyacrylate, ethylene -ethyl -acetate allelene cluster, etc.


③ Solutic adhesive


Involved in water and dissolved in a solvent. Such as worm glue, butyl rubber, etc.


④ Emulsion adhesive


Most of them are suspended in the water, such as ethylene resin, acrylic resin, chloride rubber, etc.


⑤ Solid -free liquid adhesive


At normal temperature, it is viscous liquid, such as epoxy resin. The adhesive is the medium between the label material and the bonding substrate, which plays a connection effect. According to its characteristics, it can be divided into two types: permanent and removable. It has a variety of formulas, suitable for different facial materials and different occasions. 3 according to the raw materials

② Plastic adhesive

③ Wood adhesive


It mainly includes animal gums such as bone glue, leather glue, gum, cheese, and blood gum; it also includes synthetic resin glue such as phenolic resin glue, polyache acetate resin glue, and crisadaldehyde resin glue; and also plant glue such as bean gum.

① Industrial adhesive


It is mainly used for building materials and some packaging to achieve the connection of material and material.


② Adhesive for agricultural and forestry

Most of the starch used in some American carton factories is corn starch. The viscosity is usually between 27 and 32 seconds. 680 gallon paste is 500 kg of starch.


After the starch is stirred in room temperature water, its texture point is dispersed into milk, but it will not dissolve or absorb water. If it stops stirring, the starch is accumulated at the bottom and gradually forms a hard block. Once the hard lump type is made, it is not so easy to disperse.


The starch scattered in the water starts to absorb water and swells when heated. The bonding formula uses raw starch, which starts to swell at about 70 ° C. The temperature rose to 90 ° C, and the expansion effect was completed. The collagen starch is very sticky, and its degree depends on the amount of starch in the water.


Two raw materials


1 borax


Borax also has powder and granularity, and fine -grained borax is best. Bella is divided into two levels according to intensity. 10 Moore borax has 10 water molecules, called level 10 water borax. 5 Moore borax has 5 water molecules, called level 5 water borax. 5 The concentration of Moore borax is higher. 0.35 kg of 5 Moore borax is equivalent to 0.454 kg 10 Moore borax. If the two borax of the same amount is wrong, the consequences are serious. If the borax is added to the raw starch and watercult, and then heated the mixture, the starch absorbs water quickly and expands quickly, and becomes thicker than that of borax. The amount of borax has a certain limit. Otherwise, it will affect the expansion of the starch. The collagen paste will become crispy, and it will be powdered when dry.


2 harsh sodium


Delivery sodium is a kind of strong alkali, drying the skin in a dry state or soluble in water. When operating harsh sodium, you must wear masks and rubber gloves, and prepare a bottle of vinegar at any time in order to immediately treat the skin contaminated by harsh sodium. When the sodium is dissolved in water, it will smoke. Do not inhale the pop -up cigarettes.


For harsh sodium, as long as it contains 76%sodium oxide, the product grade without additives, dandruff granular or slices can be applicable. The composition is equivalent to 98%sodium hydroxide. Delivery sodium absorbs water in the air and reduces its strength. Therefore, if the packaging barrel is damaged, it should not be used. After opening the barrel and get the material, the lid should be tightened immediately.


Emile sodium is added to the emulsion of raw starch and water, and the mixture is heated, which can reduce the temperature of starch expansion and collagen. According to this feature, the amount of harsh sodium can be used to accurately control the temperature of starch expansion and collagen. However, the additional session hall is too large to split the grade mass, reduce the viscosity, and make the starch collagen in advance.


3 formaldehyde


The formaldehyde is 37%of the water solution, and is measured according to the volume or wet weight specified by the formula. The use of formaldehyde in general adhesives is for anti -corrosion. In some waterproof adhesive formula, it is used as a chemical cross -linking agent. The formaldehyde must be wearing protective equipment, because formaldehyde has strong irritation on the eyes and skin, and smoke cannot be inhaled.


4 water -resistant adhesive


Different parts of water -resistant adhesive and ordinary adhesives are usually containing more starch, fewer harsh sodium, no or rarely contain borax. Of course, water -resistant adhesives are added with a certain amount of waterproofing agent. There are many waterproofing agents, all of which are water -soluble resin. After this type of resin and formaldehyde are chemically cross -linking, heating on the paste will become insoluble in water and have a certain water resistant adhesive.


Most of the life span of water -resistant adhesives has a certain limit. Some are thickest over time, and they cannot be avoided even when stirring. Some mechanical operation performance is good, but the degree of water tolerance is greatly reduced. Therefore, you must use it as soon as possible after the adhesive is ready.


Third, precautions for improving waterproof cardboard performance


1. The pH value of waterproof adhesive must be controlled within the specified limit;

2. It must be heavier than the normal paste line;

3. Try to use the heat energy as much as possible when producing cardboard;

4. Should not be too high in water;

5. There must be more stirring, and the waterproof adhesive in the storage tank must be used as soon as possible;

6. If the effect is still poor, the only remedy is to add more resin.
