5. PU white glue coating, that is, applying a layer of white polyurethane resin on the surface of the fabric, the effect is basically the same as PA white glue, but the PU white glue feels fuller after application, the fabric is more elastic, and the fastness is very good.
6. PA silver glue coating, that is, applying a layer of silver-white glue on the surface of the fabric, so that the fabric has the function of shading and radiation protection, usually used for curtains, tents, and clothing.
7. PU silver glue coating, the basic function is the same as PA silver glue coating. But PU silver-coated fabric has very good elasticity and very good fastness. For fabrics that require high water pressure such as tents, PU silver coating is relatively better than PA silver coating.
8. Pearlescent coating, by applying pearlescent coating on the surface of the fabric, the surface of the fabric has a pearly luster, silver-white and colorful. The made clothing is very beautiful. There are also PA pearlescent and PU pearlescent. PU pearlescent is smoother and brighter than PA pearlescent, and has a very good film feeling, and is also known as "pearl film".
9. Oily coating, the surface is smooth and shiny after coating, and it is usually suitable for tablecloths.
10. Silicone high elastic coating, also known as paper-feel coating. For thin cotton cloth, it is very suitable for shirt fabrics. It feels full, very crisp and elastic, has strong resilience and wrinkle resistance. For thick fabrics, it has good elasticity and fastness.
11. Film coating, by calendering and coating the surface of the fabric, the surface of the fabric forms a film, which completely changes the personality of the fabric. Usually the film surface is made into the front of the clothing, with the personality of leather. There are two types: matte and glossy, and various colors can be added to the coating to make colorful films, which are very beautiful.
12. Flame retardant coating, after the fabric is dipped or coated, the fabric has a flame retardant effect. And the surface of the fabric can be painted in color or silver. Usually used for window cloth, tent, clothing, etc.
13. Teflon three-proof treatment, after the fabric is treated with DuPont Teflon, the fabric has the functions of waterproof, oil-proof and anti-fouling.
14. Anti-ultraviolet coating, after the fabric is treated with anti-ultraviolet, the fabric has the function of anti-ultraviolet, that is, the ability to prevent ultraviolet penetration. Usually light colors are more difficult to make, and dark colors are easier to pass.
15. There are also special coatings for cotton cloth, such as: cotton cloth scraping coating, paper-feel coating, old-wash coating, hidden grain coating, oil-feel wax-feel coating, colorful film coating, etc.
16. Foaming coating, which requires a separate foaming machine to pre-make slurry, is often used for window cloth, and has the characteristics of soft and thick hand feeling and light-shielding.
