Most soft agents are surfactants. In the past, Nagoda -type and non -ionic soft agents were mainly used for cellulose fiber, and they are now less used. Code type soft agent is suitable for cellulose fiber, and it is also suitable for synthetic fiber collation. It is a widely used category.

1 ionic type soft agent

The application of the ion -type soft agent was earlier, but because the fibers are negatively charged in the water, it is not easy to be adsorbed by the fiber, so the soft effect is weak. Due to the poor adsorption of fiber, it is easy to clean up, so some varieties are suitable for soft components in textile oil agents. Mainly: sulfate, olive oil, peanut oil, wool lipids, and whale oil, etc., can make fabrics have a certain smoothness; sulfate of peasite sp -grayate; sulfate of fatty acids; sulfate of fattyol; Some synthetic detergents (cleaning agents LS, Remybon, pancreas plus drifting T, etc.), sulfide alcohol phosphate, and so on.

2 Non -ion -type soft agent

The feel of the non -ion type soft agent is similar to the anion type soft agent. It will not be the dye -discolored color. It can be used with an ion or codonic type soft agent. However, they have poor adsorption and low durability, and have little effect on synthetic fibers. They are mainly used in the post -collation of cellulose fiber and the soft and peaceful groups in synthetic fiber oil. Mainly include: ductool fatty acid ester, glycerol monocular fatty acid ester, sorgeosol fatty acid monomer ester, fatty acid ethanide, fatty acid polyetal glycol, fattyamide polyethylene diol contraction, hydroxytic fatide, polyether, polyether, polyether, polyether, polyether, polyether, polyether and many more. Among the above non -ion -type soft agents, the two categories are the most important categories of tetraol and peasol. The soft effect is between softness and astringent.

3 ionic type soft agent

The ability of cations and various natural fibers and synthetic fibers is strong, can be resistant to temperature and washing, and durable. It is used to organize fabrics or can obtain excellent soft effects and full feel and smooth feel, so that synthetic fibers have a certain amount The anti -electrostatic effect can improve the wear resistance and tear strength of the fabric. The disadvantage is that there is a yellowish phenomenon that makes the dye color discoloration, has inhibitory effect on fluorescent whitening agents, reduces the sun and friction fastness, and cannot be used with the ion -type surfactant, and it is irritating to the human skin. limit.

4 Bisexual soft agent

Bisexual soft agents are developed to improve the shortcomings of cationic soft agents. They have strong affinity for synthetic fibers, without yellowing and dye color changes and inhibitory fluorescence white, which can be used in a wide range of media. However, its soft effect is not as good as the cations type soft agent, so it is often used in combination with cation type soft agent. Because the price is relatively expensive, there are not many varieties. This type of soft agent is generally alkyl -based dectys, including amino acids, beet -alkaline and imidazole.
