Test solution process prescription and conditions
Sodium hydroxide (100%) 6g/L
Hydrogen peroxide (35%) 15g/L
Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer 6g/L
Solution volume 100mL
Temperature 98℃
Time 45min
Test steps
Pour the above-prepared solution into a dyeing cup, put the cut cotton grey cloth together, cover the lid of the dyeing cup, and put it in the proofing machine for processing. After heating and heating to 98℃, heat preservation treatment for 45min and then cooling down, take out hot water wash (above 85℃) → warm water wash (60~65℃) → cold water wash → dry or dry (temperature less than 65℃).
Result evaluation
Whiteness: measure the whiteness of the treated cotton cloth on a whiteness meter or a colorimeter. The better the whiteness, the better the performance of the stabilizer.
Hair effect: Test the hair effect value of the 30min fabric on the capillary effect tester. The better the gross effect, the better the performance of the stabilizer.
Strength: Use a tensile strength meter and a tear strength meter to measure the breaking strength and tensile strength of the fabric before and after bleaching to determine the damage of the fabric.
