Nylon is dyed with wool dyes in neutral, weak acid and strong acid dyeing baths, such as wool deep red, etc., and nylon is washed first.

Dyeing method:

Add the prepared dye solution to the dye bath, and quickly reach the required amount of solution. When dyeing light and medium colors, dye at 40-50 degrees; when dyeing dark colors, dye at 60-70 degrees, at this temperature After 10-15 minutes of dyeing, add 4% strong acid first (before dyeing and medium color, you can also add the required strong acid at one time before dyeing). Heat up to boiling within 60-90 minutes, then add the remaining strong acid, continue to boil to boil within 60-90 minutes, cool down to 30 degrees, neutralize with weak acid or ammonia-like after washing, and fully wash with water.

Note: 1. The amount of strong acid will increase or decrease according to the bath ratio. The 4% in the formula refers to the normal adsorption amount of the dye, that is, the additional amount of strong acid increases with the increase of the liquor ratio. 2. When dyeing loose hair or tops, the strong powder can be omitted. Weak acid agent or ammonia-like agent is commonly used in neutralization. Neutralization treatment can be treated with 2-3 g/L crystalline weak acid agent at 30-40 degrees for 20-30 minutes after washing with water; And to neutral, then wash thoroughly.

pH 2.2-2.4

Dyeing method:

First, add the prepared dye liquor, and the specified amount of strengthening powder and 1/3 of the full amount of strong acid into the dye bath. Dye at 60-70 degrees, heat up to boiling within 30-60 minutes, boil for 30 minutes, then add 1/3 of the amount of strong acid, continue to boil for 30 minutes, add the remaining 1/3 of the strong acid, and then boil for 30 minutes. 30-60 minutes.

When dyeing dark colors, after adding strong acid for the last time and continuing to boil for 30 minutes, add color bleaching agent 0.3 and boil for 30 minutes. Note: 1. The dosage will increase or decrease with the different liquor ratio. 2. The strong acid can also be added in 2 times.
