Dispersing Agent CY-314 Performance and Characteristics

1. Excellent dispersing ability to keep the dye bath stable at high temperatures and prevent re-aggregation of insufficiently dyed disperse dyes when cooling.
2. It is used for the dyeing of disperse dyes in recycled water, and it is combined with high-temperature leveling agent to prevent the generation of color spots or color flowers.
3. It has a solubilizing effect on neutral dyes and an acid leveling agent to improve the uniformity of neutral dye dyeing of nylon.
4. It is used for cleaning the nylon fabric before fixing, preventing the generation of solid spots and improving the fixing effect.
5. It can be used in vat dye dyeing process to improve dyeing uniformity.
6. It is used in the dyeing process of polyester cheese yarn, combined with high temperature leveling agent to prevent the difference between inner and outer layers.
7. Low foaming.
