Amino silicone oil emulsion

Amino silicone oil emulsions have been widely used in the textile industry. The silicone finishing agents used in the textile industry are mainly amino silicone oil emulsions, as well as dimethyl silicone oil emulsions, hydrogen-containing silicone oil emulsions, and hydroxyl silicone oil emulsions.

So in general, what is the choice of amino silicone oil for different fabrics? In other words, what kind of amino silicone oil should we use to finish different fibers and fabrics to obtain good results?

Pure cotton and blended fabrics are mainly soft to the touch, and amino silicone oil with an ammonia value of 0.6 can be selected;

2. Pure polyester fabrics are mainly made of smooth hand feel, and amino silicone oil with an ammonia value of 0.3 can be selected;

3. Silk fabrics are mainly made of smooth hand and have high requirements for gloss. The amino silicone oil with an ammonia value of 0.3 is mainly used to compound the smoothing agent to increase the gloss;

4. Wool and its blended fabrics require a soft, smooth and elastic comprehensive feel, with small changes in color and light, and amino silicone oils with ammonia values of 0.6 and 0.3 can be selected to compound and compound smoothing agents to increase elasticity and luster;

5. Cashmere sweaters and cashmere fabrics have a higher overall feel than wool fabrics, and high-concentration compound products can be selected;

6. Nylon socks are mainly made of smooth hand feel, and high elastic amino silicone oil is selected;

7. Acrylic fiber blankets, acrylic fibers and their blended fabrics are mainly soft and have high requirements for elasticity. Amino silicone oil with an ammonia value of 0.6 can be selected, taking into account the elasticity requirements;

8. Hemp fabrics are mainly smooth, and amino silicone oil with an ammonia value of 0.3 is mainly selected;

9. Rayon and rayon are mainly soft to the touch, and amino silicone oil with an ammonia value of 0.6 should be selected;

10. Polyether-modified silicone oil and hydrophilic amino silicone oil can be selected to improve the hydrophilicity of polyester fabric.
