When an ultrasonic wave with a large enough amplitude acts on the liquid medium (water), instant negative pressure and instant positive pressure are repeatedly generated alternately. During the half cycle of negative pressure generation, vacuum cavities are generated in the liquid medium, liquid vapor or dissolved in the solution. The gas in the gas enters the cavity to form bubbles. Immediately after the half cycle of the positive pressure, the bubble is compressed and bursts, and a strong pressure is generated instantly. Repeatedly, the liquid medium will break and form microbubbles. These small cavities rapidly expand and close, which will cause violent collisions between the liquid particles. On the other hand, ultrasonic waves will produce significant reflection at heterogeneous interfaces with different densities, and this reflected sound pressure will also violently agitate the solution on the interface. The superposition of the two kinds of "stirring" plays a good role of "breaking" and refining, so that the two immiscible liquids (such as water and oil) emulsify, and accelerate the dissolution of solutes, so that oil stains on the surface of the fabric and memory It exfoliates and disperses to form very small particles in an oil-in-water emulsified state. Coupled with the effect of spraying and overflow water washing on the upper part of the machine, and then rolling water through the rolling mill (or vacuum water absorption), part of the oil is removed. The other part of the textile oil particles taken away from the grey fabric that have formed an "oil-in-water" emulsified state is evaporated by the high-temperature setting of the setting machine, and then brought into the setting machine tail gas purification device by the exhaust air for recycling, so as to achieve further degreasing Purpose.
