1. Temperature

Before shaping, it must reach a certain temperature, which requires heating. Therefore, the setting time is another important process condition for the heat setting of the stenter setting machine. After the fabric enters the heating zone, the time required for heating and setting can be roughly divided into the following parts: heating time, heat penetration time, molecular adjustment time and cooling time.

Under normal circumstances, the quality control of the heat setting process of the stenter setting machine mainly refers to the control of heating time, heat penetration time and molecular adjustment time, excluding cooling time. If the item is regarded as a kind of preheating effect, then the setting time only refers to the time required for the second and third items, that is, the time required for thermal penetration and molecular adjustment.

In general, the quality of the heat setting process of the stenter setting machine is mainly reflected in the performance, area, weight, thermal conductivity of the fiber, and the moisture content of the fabric when setting the fabric, which is required for heating and heat penetration.
