Alkaline problem

In the pre-treatment of cotton fabrics, a higher concentration of alkali is usually used to remove fabric impurities (especially the amount of mercerizing alkali is larger). It is not easy to clean the interior of the fiber. The cloth surface may be alkaline during finishing. The chemical fiber fabric must be restored and cleaned after dyeing. At present, the printing and dyeing factory is still using hydrosulfite and caustic soda for cleaning. Ordinary silicone oil is not alkali-resistant, and will break demulsification under alkaline conditions. Therefore, before softening, the cloth surface must be washed with alkaline agent or added with acetic acid in the working fluid to keep the PH5-6 of the rolling groove.

Cohesion problem

On fabrics containing short fibers (cotton cloth, T/R cloth, velvet), some short fibers will inevitably fall off during processing, and the fallen short fibers will accumulate in the rolling groove, which is different from ordinary The silicone oil is agglomerated, and as the finishing liquid goes up to the roller, it is bonded with the squeezed and demulsified silicone oil to form sticky rollers or silicon spots. When the water quality is relatively poor, it will also condense with ordinary silicone oil to produce sticky rollers. In addition, there will be a similar situation on fluff fabrics. Do a good job of cleaning before driving, and find that the flowers and hairs are cleaned at any time.

Charge stabilization problem

Most of the dyes and whitening agents used in cotton are anionic, and cotton whitening is basically done on the setting machine. In addition, when the color of the dyed cloth is wrong, it needs to be fine-tuned to repair the color. Usually, a small amount of dye or paint is added when the softening agent is applied, and the factory generally uses ordinary silicone oil (weak cation), which will produce an attracting reaction of yin and yang charges, causing cohesion and sticking to the roller. , and the softness of the anionic silicone oil does not meet the requirements, causing confusion in the factory. Charge consistency must be considered in processing.

Temperature problem

The cloth dyed by the cotton car should be dried in a drying cylinder, and packed in large rolls or piled in a cloth box. If it is not sufficiently cooled, especially the cloth in large rolls, the surface temperature of the fabric may be high when it is soft. Cause the temperature of the working fluid of the rolling groove to rise (especially in summer), sometimes it can reach above 60 ℃, and the ordinary silicone oil will also cause sticking when the heat resistance is not good. Preferably, the temperature in the rolling groove does not exceed 40 °C.
