The composition of the scouring agent

According to the principle of scouring agent, as a high-efficiency scouring agent, it must have the conditions of rapid penetration, strong emulsifying and dispersing ability, high cleaning power, low foaming ability, high temperature resistance, concentrated alkali, hard water, easy biodegradation, safe and non-toxic, etc. Therefore, a single surfactant does not meet the requirements and is usually a complex of multiple components.

In the selection of high-efficiency scouring agent group, the wetting, permeability, emulsification, dispersion and cleaning properties of various single surfactants, as well as chemical stability, safety, biodegradation and so on, should be firstly analyzed from the structure and properties. Secondly, it is necessary to analyze the compatibility of two or more surfactants or other additives according to a certain proportion, and the compatibility and synergic and synergistic effects may be produced after compounding.

The main components of all kinds of scouring agent products are the mixture of anionic and non-ionic surfactant. In addition, defoamer, electrolyte, chelating dispersant, co-solvent, fiber protectant and so on should be added. The reason for using the mixed components of anionic and non-ionic surfactants is that the combination of the two surfactants has a very obvious synergistic effect, which can improve the wetting, permeability, emulsification and cleaning capacity of the scouring agent, and at the same time make up the deficiency of non-ionic and anionic surfactants.
