Silicone resin coating

Silicone resin coating is based on silicone resin or modified silicone resin as the main film forming material, is a kind of elemental organic coating, referred to as silicone coating.  Elemental organic coating is a general term of coating composed of elemental organic polymer as the main film-forming substance, including organic silicon, organic titanium, organic fluorine, organic aluminum, organic zirconium coating and so on.  Among them, silicone resin coating production is the largest.  Elemental organic coating is a compound between organic polymer and inorganic compounds, with special thermal stability, insulation, high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, weather resistance and other characteristics, widely used in the national defense industry, electrical industry and other industries.

Silicone generally refers to polysiloxane with -Si-O-Si- primary bond and organic side chain.  Polysiloxane has the properties of safe and reliable, non-toxic, non-polluting, non-corrosive, aging resistance and long service life of inorganic silicon dioxide due to the main chain of -Si-O-Si-structure.  Because the side chain contains organic groups, it has the characteristics of flexibility and easy processing of polymer materials.  Silicone coating is based on silicone polymer or silicone modified polymer as the main film forming material coating, has excellent heat and cold resistance, electrical insulation, corona resistance, radiation resistance, moisture resistance and hate water, weather resistance, contamination resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.
