Reducing Cleaning Agent CY-315 Performance and Characteristics

It is used for acid reduction cleaning after disperse dye dyeing. Compared with sodium sulfonate reduction cleaning, it has:
1. Under acidic conditions, there is generally no need to drain or neutralize water washing, which significantly shortens the process time and reduces the process cost.
2. The effect of preventing the staining of spandex is better than that of reducing and cleaning by soot.
3. For moisture wicking finishing, acid reduction cleaning will not affect its effect, and the color becomes smaller.
4. Does not affect the fluorescence intensity of fluorescent dyes.
5. Good stability, low odor, no residue, and improve fabric quality.

Suitable for acid reduction cleaning of polyester and its blended fabrics after dyeing.


Polyester Reducing Cleaning Agent CY-315 Recommended Process

1. Reduction cleaning process dosage of medium and dark varieties of polyester warp knitting, weft knitting, woven, etc.:
Polyester cleaning agent: 1.0-2.0% (o.w.f), pH value 4-5
Temperature: 85-98℃, time: 20-40min.
2. The dosage of the dark color reduction cleaning process in polyester-cotton knitted varieties (reduction cleaning after dyeing):
Polyester cleaning agent: 1.5-2.5% (o.w.f), pH value 4-5
Temperature: 95-105℃, time: 20-40min.
3. Adding operation method: After dyeing, cool down to the cleaning process temperature (for dark colors, it is recommended to drain half of the water), first add acid to adjust the pH value of the dyeing bath 4-5, and then add polyester cleaning agent for insulation cleaning. During operation, the auxiliary agent and the acid stock solution cannot be directly mixed, otherwise it will affect the use effect.
