Dispersing Agent WF Performance and Characteristics

1. Dispersant WF has excellent diffusivity and protective colloidal properties, but has no surface activity such as permeability and foaming, has affinity for protein and polyamide fibers, and has no affinity for fibers such as cotton and linen; acidity and alkalinity: 1% aqueous solution partial alkalinity Ionization: anionic; affinity, miscibility: can be used with anionic and nonionic surfactants at the same time.

2. Has excellent abrasiveness, solubilization, and dispersibility; it can be used in textile printing and dyeing, wettable pesticides as dispersants, papermaking dispersants, plating additives, water-soluble coatings, pigment dispersants, water treatment agents, carbon black dispersants Wait.

3 Dispersant WF mainly used for pad dyeing of vat dye suspension, leuco acid dyeing, dispersing and soluble vat dye dyeing. It can also be used for dyeing silk / wool interwoven fabrics, leaving no color on the silk. Dispersant WF is mainly used in the dye industry as a diffusion aid for dispersion and lake manufacture, as well as for stability of rubber emulsions and leather tanning aids.

Dispersing Agent WF Recommended Process

1. Printing and dyeing industry: mainly used for pad dyeing of vat dye suspension, leuco acid dyeing, dispersing and soluble vat dyeing, etc. It can also be used for dyeing silk / wool interwoven fabrics, leaving no color on the silk. The dye industry is mainly used as a dispersant and a diffusion aid in the manufacture of lakes.

This product can be used as a protective colloid when dyeing vat dyes, indigo dyes and naphthol base colors. Disperse dyes can be used as diffusing agents when dyeing acetic acid, triacetate fiber, and nylon and polyester. When the above synthetic fibers are printed with disperse dyes, this product can be used in the post-wash process to reduce white staining.

(1) Dispersant WF is used as a dispersant and filler for dispersing and reducing dyes. When disperse dye or reducing dye particles are processed finely, dispersant WF and dye can be added to the grinder and sand mill together. The amount of dispersant WF is 1-6 times that of reducing dyes or 3-4 times that of disperse dyes, and a part can be left as a filler when the dye is commercialized;

(2) Dispersant WF is used as vat dye dyeing: suspension pad dyeing method: In the pad dyeing bath, generally dispersant WF is added 2-4 g / L, and in the reduction bath, dispersant WF is generally added 10-15 g / L; leucochromic acid method: general dispersant WF dosage is 1-3g / L;

(3) Dispersant WF is used for disperse dyeing: Generally, 0.5-1.5 g / L can be added to the dyeing bath when polyester is dyed at high temperature and pressure;

(4) Dispersant WF is used as ice dyeing dyeing: to improve the leveling and rubbing fastness, the amount of WF in the base bath dispersant is generally 1-5 g / L, and the amount of WF in the color developing bath is generally 0.5 -2 g / L.

2. Building materials industry: used as cement water reducing early strength agent, the dosage is 0.5-1%, the cement has a good dispersion effect after cement shaking, and enhances the cement strength. The dispersant WF improves the tensile, impermeability, frost resistance, and compressive elastic modulus of concrete, and has no rust effect on steel bars.

3. Agricultural industry: It can be widely used in wettable pesticides, with good dispersing and solubilizing effects, and can obviously improve the efficacy. Dosage can be determined according to product requirements. Example: Flea spirit, the dosage is 1-5%; methyltobrazine dosage is 0.5-1.5%, Kaishuling 0.5-1%.

4. Electroplating industry: Adding dispersant WF to color plating can disperse the pigment uniformly, and it can obviously increase the brightness of the electroplated surface. The dosage is generally 10% of pigment.

5.Rubber industry: In the production process of the rubber (latex) industry. For dispersing materials such as sulfur accelerator, antioxidant zinc oxide filler (such as barium sulfate, calcium carbonate), etc., it can improve the dispersion effect and shorten the ball milling time. Add dispersant WF 1-3% by weight to dry powder, dispersant is made into 10% solution in advance, and then crushed with other components in a ball mill to improve the dispersion effect and shorten the ball milling time.

FAQ

FAQ

  • What are the agents of dispersion?

    The agents of dispersal of seeds are wind, water, animals, gravity and explosion.

  • What is dispersing agent give example?

    For example, soap powder, Turkey Red oil, alkali sulphates, alkyl aryl sulphonates etc. are some surface active agents which are recommended as dispersing agents in disperse dyeing. Functions of Dispersing Agents: It assists in the process of particle size reduction of dye.

  • What are the functions of dispersing agent in dyeing?

    In this dye bath, dispersing agent which disperses dyestuff evenly in the bath and leveling agent which enables to dye more than some hundred meter of fabric are added with water and disperse dye. NICCA combines these two chemicals in one agent for better workability.

  • How do I choose a dispersing agent?

    The first question to answer when selecting your dispersing agent is whether you need electrostatic or steric repulsion. The answer is highly dependent on the system you formulate: Is it solvent-based? Water-based? If your paint medium is apolar (solvent-based paints), the answer is simple.

  • What are the different types of dispersing agent?

    Several well-known dispersants: polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), sodium hexameta phosphate (SHP), the sodium salt of EDTA (EDTA-Na), sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS), and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS), were introduced to obtain a highly dispersed catalyst.
