Recommended Process

It is recommended to use Anticrease Agent Sylic D2502 in the following process:

The amount of diluent used in the impregnation method is 2.0% ～ 8.0% o.w.f

Room temperature immersion (20~30min) → dehydration → drying (105 ℃) → sizing (160~180 ℃)

The amount of diluted liquid for dip rolling is 20~80g/L

Dipping rolling (rolling surplus 65~75%) → drying (105 ℃) → sizing (160~180 ℃)

The specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate.

Anticrease (Conc) is a Lubricating and Crease preventing agent for natural and synthetic fibres and their blends. The product is recommended for all types of materials which are processed at low liquor ratio on machines with high shear forces in order to prevent the chaffing and crease marks.
