Product Description

Technical Indicators

Main ingredient

Composition of high polymer

Light yellow solid

Performance and Characteristics

1. Give the fabric easy decontamination

2. It endows the fabric with moisture absorption, quick drying and anti-static properties

3. Give polyester fluff and fuzzing fabrics a fuller feel

It is suitable for leveling agent for acid dyeing nylon, brocade/cotton and wool.

Recommended Process

It is recommended to use Anticrease Agent Sylic D2502 in the following process:

The amount of diluent used in the impregnation method is 2.0% ~ 8.0% o.w.f

Room temperature immersion (20~30min) → dehydration → drying (105 ℃) → sizing (160~180 ℃)

The amount of diluted liquid for dip rolling is 20~80g/L

Dipping rolling (rolling surplus 65~75%) → drying (105 ℃) → sizing (160~180 ℃)

The specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate.

main packaging types

  • What is anti creasing agent?

Anticrease (Conc) is a Lubricating and Crease preventing agent for natural and synthetic fibres and their blends. The product is recommended for all types of materials which are processed at low liquor ratio on machines with high shear forces in order to prevent the chaffing and crease marks.

  • What is the anti creasing finishing process?

The anti-creasing resin finishing of cotton fabric is through the active gene of the resin molecule and the hydroxyl of the cellulose molecule, forming molecular bridge or covalent bond under certain conditions, combing with the neighboring macromolecular chains in the fiber, reducing the relative slip motion.

  • What is creasing in textile?

Creases are the transformation of a surface through action, gestures embodied in a material form. Most commonly creases occur at the joints of our bodies flex, bringing together non-adjacent sections of fabric to create pockets, ridges, and furrows

  • Why anti creasing agent is important?

Anti-creasing agent is a kind of dyeing auxiliary, which can be used in wet finishing finishing agent of any fiber fabric which is prone to form wrinkles, creases, chicken paw prints and abrasion marks.

  • What is the difference between crease and wrinkle?

As defined by the Brown researchers, the wrinkle state is when peaks and troughs start to form on the surface, like waves on the ocean. The crease state is when a distinctly sharp groove is formed on the surface.
