High-concentration and medium-temperature amylase is an α-amylase fermented by non-pathogenic bacteria, which can quickly decompose starch into short-chain dextrin and oligosaccharides.

The optimal amount of enzyme depends on the desizing conditions, size components and fabric types. Generally speaking, first dilute the high-concentration and medium-temperature amylase by 5-12 times before using it. A dosage of 1 g/l can achieve satisfactory results.
