Basic Character

 Main Components: Special water-based polyurethane

Appearance: Yellow transparent liquid (the color deepens with prolonged standing)

Solid Content (%): 19.0-21.0

pH Value (50g/L): 4.0±0.5

Ionicity: Weak cationic

 Product Performance

  1. This product is formaldehyde-free and APEO-free, making it an environmentally friendly product that meets the requirements of EU OEKO-TEX Standard 100;
  2. Used for color fixing after dyeing cellulose fibers, it can significantly improve wet rubbing fastness by 1-2 grades;
  3. Easy to use, simply dilute with water before use;
  4. Can be used in the same bath as silicone oil and soft oil.

Scope of application :

This product is suitable for cotton knitted and woven fabrics.

Application Method

Pad process 

Dosage:
Sylic FU5524: 30–50 g/L

Process:
Dyed fabric (pH ≤ 7) → Pad (one dip and one nip, wet pickup: 80–85%) → Drying

Precautions

1.The prepared working solution should be used immediately. Prior to bulk application, laboratory trials must be conducted to ensure suitability. The above process is for reference only.

2.This product should not be used in the same bath with anionic auxiliaries.

3.Avoid using together with fixing agents in the same bath. If co-application is required, compatibility testing must be carried out before bulk production.

4.The working bath temperature is recommended at 25°C to room temperature for optimal performance.

5.Before using Sylic FU5524, ensure that residual alkali on the fabric surface is thoroughly removed (pH ≤ 7), along with salts and soaping agents.

6.During prolonged operation, if excessive foam forms in the padding bath, it should be removed in time or the bath should be cleaned and the working solution replaced.
