Polyester High Temperature Leveling Agent Recommended Process

It is used for high temperature dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics, which can be carried out according to the conventional process.

Usage: 0.15-1.0g/L

Bath ratio: 1:10

Dyeing temperature: 125-130 ° C

Holding time: 30-60min

Chemical method: It is recommended to use a ratio of 1 to 6 or above at room temperature, stir evenly, and the finished product is a colorless translucent to pale yellow transparent appearance.

The specific process should be adjusted by the user through the sample as appropriate.
