Waterproofing Agent Sylic FU5234 Performance and Characteristics


●  Non-PFCs products;

● Can provide excellent water resistance for fabrics;

● Possess excellent processing stability;

● Suitable for direct drying and low-temperature processing finishing processes;

● After being treated with low-temperature waterproofing, the synthetic fabric still maintains excellent waterproof properties even after being washed and  air dried.

 

 

Scope of application

This product is suitable for waterproof treatment of polyester, nylon, cotton and their blended fabrics.

 

 

Instructions

1.padding :

FU5234S                                                    40-80g/L

Processing method: one immersing and one padding

Baking conditions:(100℃-170℃)*(0.5-2)min

liquid content rate:30%-90%

2.spraying:

FU5234S                                                    150-200g/L

drying method:Dry at room temperature or  Roller drying

 

 

Packaging and storage

Packing:125kg or 1000kg , sealed and protected from light, shelf life 6 months at 5-35℃.

Application

Fluorine-free Waterproofing Agent Sylic FU5357 Application


Suitable for all kinds of chemical fiber, pure cotton, blended fabric waterproof finishing.

 

Application process

Sylic FU5357 is generally applied by padding method to give finished fabrics excellent waterproof resistant properties.

Recommended process:

Initial waterproof

Sylic FU5357                    30 – 50 g/L

Durable waterproof

Sylic FU5357                    40 – 60 g/L

Crosslinker                        5 -10 g/L

Processing condition

Chemical fiber: pad,liquid carrying capacity: 30-70%→curing 150 ℃ to 180 ℃* 60 s

Cotton and blended, pad, liquid carrying capacity: 40-70%, and drying, 110-120 ℃ * 1 min →curing 150-165℃ * 3 min
