Garments: Provides hydrophilic and stain-resistant treatments for school uniforms and workwear made of synthetic fibers such as nylon and polyester, solving the problems of “sweaty and stuffy” and “difficult-to-remove stains”;
Home textiles: Used in synthetic fiber curtains, bedding, sofa covers, etc., providing hydrophilicity and antistatic properties, reducing dust accumulation, and keeping home textiles clean and dry;
Fabric finishing: As a hand-feel enhancer for polyester fabrics, it improves the fabric’s texture and helps to increase the added value of mid-to-high-end fabrics.
Suggested prescription: Dilute 5-15%.
Process: water→stirring 80r/min→heat to (90-95)℃→slow cast Sylic FU5400→swell→75~80℃ thermal insulation (60-90) minutes
Bell→cool to 40℃→filter and discharge.
