Applications:
Suitable for nylon (polyamide) fabrics, used for color fixing after dyeing with acid dyes or metal complex dyes. After treatment, the wash fastness, perspiration fastness, and other properties of the dyed fabrics are significantly improved.
Application Method:
When using this product in immersion processes, it is recommended to neutralize it with alkali after fixation before removing it from the vat to prevent fixation spots. For fixation treatment after dyeing with acid dyes or metal complex dyes:
Light colors: 2-3% (o.w.f)
Medium-dark colors: 3-5% (o.w.f)
Liquor ratio: 1:10-15
Temperature and time: 85℃, 20-30 minutes (Temperature and time can be adjusted based on customer’s laboratory test results). Please adjust the specific dosage according to the sample.
Precautions
This product’s undiluted solution does not contain bisphenol A/B/S/F/AF or phenol. Before use, all residual working solution containing common acid solids (including bisphenol and phenol) must be drained from the bath and the surface thoroughly cleaned to prevent bisphenol and phenol residue from remaining on the fabric.

2.Water fastness (5g/L laundry detergent in water, bath ratio 1:20, starting at 60℃, soak for 5 minutes)
